  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Turmeric pwder.
  6. You need 5-6 of Curry leaves.
  7. It’s 1 /2 tsp of Red chilli pwder.
  8. Prepare 1 pinch of Asafoetida.
  9. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  10. It’s 1-1 tsp of Cumin -coriander powder.
  11. You need 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
  12. It’s 1 tsp of Mustard seeds.
  13. It’s 1/2 tsp of Crushed Fennel seeds.
  14. You need 1 tbsp of Oil.
  15. You need of Coriander leaves.

  1. Heat oil in a pan, crackle cumin and mustard seeds in it. Add Asafoetida in it, add curry leaves, green chilli paste in it. Stir it.
  2. Add chopped tomato,salt and turmeric powder. Stir and cover it till tomatoes gets soft. Add peas and rest of the spices and mix it well.
  3. Add chopped cabbage mix it properly and cook it..
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves..
